About 7s Rugby
7s is a variation of the traditional game of rugby that is played with 7, instead of 15 players.
The game emphasizes speed, agility and endurance over brute strength. While the games are shorter in length than traditional rugby, the high energy level of the players make 7s exciting to watch, and even more fun to play.
