Riverside Rugby has been fortunate enough to convert hard work into success. Here is a small sample of our success in recent times.
2004 USA 7’s Champion
Riverside continued a longstanding tradition of high speed Rugby by repeating as National Sevens championship.
2004 National Sweet 16 Qualifier 1st division
Riverside’s excellent performance in the men’s Red Division qualified the team for the National Championship tournament.
2004 SCRFU Red division Champion (perfect 12-0 1st division record)
Riverside capped a flawless season by winning USA Rugby’s Division I Southern California Rugby Football Union.
2003 USA 7’s Champion
Riverside has always had a strong seven’s team. In 2003 the team reached the highest possible level of Seven’s play in the US by winning the National Championship.
2003 USA 2nd Division champion
Riverside won the USA Men’s Division II Championship in 2003.
2003 SCRFU White division Champion
In 2003 Riverside won the Southern California Rugby Football Union Division II championship.
2000 National Sweet 16 Qualifier 2nd division
In 2000, Riverside qualified for the National Championship tournament.
